Career Coaching

For professionals who want clarity and direction in their current career.

You may be aiming for a promotion, a stronger position in your field, or a clearer sense of what to do next. In our sessions we look at what you want, what is in your way, and what to do about it. You leave each session with concrete next steps.

  • Single sessions for a specific question or decision (incl. CV/LinkedIn review, interview coaching, etc).
  • Packages of 6 sessions for steady progress over time (changing careers / full review of your job seeking strategy)

Transition Coaching

For people in the middle of a major change, such as moving to a new country, returning to work after a break, or a shift in life that changes what work means to you. We work on where you are, where you want to go, and how to get there at a pace that fits your life.

These sessions are purely coaching sessions, with no advice on job seeking documents, networking strategies, LinkedIn. You bring the topic, I ask provocative questions to help you move forward.

Job Search Workshops

For international professionals job hunting in Finland.

A small-group series that covers the full job search: personal brand, CV and cover letter, LinkedIn, networking and interviews. Each session is practical, with exercises you apply to your own job search straight away. Held in English, two sessions per week.

The first cohort starts at the end of January.
